Súbory cookie sú malé textové súbory, ktoré sa ukladajú do vášho počítača pri návšteve určitých webových stránok. Súbory cookie, ktoré sú už uložené vo vašom počítači, môžete zakázať, čo však môže brániť správnemu fungovaniu našej webovej stránky.

Zásady používania súborov cookie

Účelom týchto zásad používania súborov cookie je poskytnúť jednotlivcovi / klientovi informácie o podmienkach používania súborov cookie. Cielené (reklamné) cookies sa používajú na zhromažďovanie informácií o webových stránkach navštívených používateľom a na generovanie ponúk konkrétne pre konkrétneho používateľa navštevujúceho naše služby alebo služby našich spolupracujúcich partnerov, o tom, čo používateľa zaujíma, alebo na oslovenie príslušných ponúka konkrétnemu užívateľovi v súlade s jeho záujmom. Vo všeobecnosti sú tieto súbory cookie umiestňované treťou stranou, ako je Google Adwords, so súhlasom vlastníka webovej stránky v súlade s uvedenými účelmi. Súbory cookie cieľového používateľa sú trvalo uložené v zariadení.

Prevádzkovateľ používa cookies na zlepšenie kvality stránky a používateľského zážitku z webovej stránky:

• zabezpečiť funkčnosť webovej stránky;
• prispôsobiť funkčnosť webovej stránky zvyklostiam používateľa – vrátane jazyka, vyhľadávacích dopytov, predtým prezeraného obsahu;

Ak nie je uvedené inak, súbory cookie sa ukladajú až do dokončenia činnosti, pre ktorú boli zhromaždené, a potom sa vymažú.

Informácie o súboroch cookie sa neprenášajú na spracovanie mimo Európskej únie a EHP.

Povolenie a zakázanie súborov cookie

Pri návšteve webovej stránky prevádzkovateľa sa používateľovi zobrazí okno so správou, že táto webová stránka používa súbory cookie. Používateľ zatvorením tohto poľa správ potvrdzuje, že si prečítal a súhlasí s informáciami o súboroch cookie, účeloch použitia, prípadoch prenosu informácií tretej strane. V súlade s tým je používanie cookies právnym základom pre súhlas používateľa. Prevádzkovateľ má právo zmeniť Zásady ochrany osobných údajov tak, že ich aktuálnu verziu sprístupní Klientovi zverejnením na webovej stránke Prevádzkovateľa.
